Must the screenplay be finished?
No. An idea, a concept, a treatment, or a bible can be sent. Add a screenplay if you have one.
Does sending it mean Beckett will make it?
No. A submission is not an acquisition, an option, representation, or a production agreement. A person decides.
Will the files be published?
No. A screenplay is not given a public address.
